1- Can rods, tie-backs, holdbacks and brackets be made in sizes other than those in the catalogue?: Yes.
2- Is it possible to bend rods and rails?: It can be done to a technically suitable radius. You can check it in our catalogue.
3- How do I measure bent rods?: You can see it in our catalogue. You can also watch the video "Bending curtain rods and rails" on our YouTube page, or scan the QR code in the catalogue.
4- Can the cords and tassels be made in different sizes and in different colours?: Different sizes can be made, but colors out of catalogue cannot be made.
5- Can the brackets be made in a different size, or shortened once they are made?: Standard metal brackets can be made in other sizes; patterned decorative brackets come in the standard size only.
6- How many rings are needed for one rod?: Usually 1 ring for every 10 cm of rod.
7- Are rails and rings included in the order?: No. Rails and rings are charged extra.
8- Can the eyelets be same color as the curtain rod?: Eyelets are available in the colours of the powder-coated (static painted) products. There are no eyelets for patina finishes.
9- Do you have a large diameter eyelet, what is their usual size?: Plastic eyelets have an inner diameter of 42 mm as a single size standard. In addition, metal eyelets are available in 2 diameters: 38 mm and 48 mm.
